Martin Denholm, Vice President of SmithGroupJJR, is the Project Architect for the MGM National Harbor project. He is responsible for overseeing the overall architectural documentation and design work of the various design teams. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Denholm has extensive experience in planning, design, technical detailing, production, management, and construction administration for many of SmithGroupJJR’s significant workplace and federal government projects.
Mr. Denholm holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kent State University, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from George Washington University, and is a registered architect in the District of Columbia. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Building Security Certified Professional. Mr. Denholm is also a past President of the Building Security Council (2007) and member of the ASCE Building Security and Resilience Committee.
